At Astute Transformations we typically visit your location, analyze your property and create a customized plan to enhance your home and get it into shape to be sold quickly and at the greatest marketable price.

Working with an Astute Transformations Staging professional is a simple process:

We contract to do a consultation which allows our staging team to walk through your property, inside and out to take photographs and detailed notes about your home. We then create and deliver to you, a report with recommended updates and changes to the property to enhance the curb appeal, the interior visual appeal, and the traffic flow.  Consultations start at $250

Our Astute Transformations staging professional goes through the detailed consultation report with you and answers any questions you have about the report and our recommendations.   You decide if you’d like to do some or all of the outlined work yourself or enlist the help of our ASP® trained staging professionals.

If you select to allow our stagers to assist you in implementing some or all of the plan, we will provide you with a bid for our portion of the staging process and give you recommendations for finding other referrals for home and remodel experts and resources to handle any other changes.  Typical home staging project implementations cost between $500 and $2,500 depending on the size and condition of the home and the current furnishings.

Our team of stagers will work with you to set up a time line, handle the shopping/purchases for your staging project and implement the plan per your agreement with us.
