An Astute Transformation Staging Professional will interview you, visit your property, take photos and notes and create a custom plan for staging your home.  We can provide some or all of the work to put the plan in action, depending on your budget and time frame.

For Investors Only: Customized Furnishing Packages

We will create a custom package of home furnishings for real estate investors including furniture and accessories for a living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, multiple baths and bedroom(s).  This package is exclusively used in your properties, which eliminates the rental fees for using our furnishings.  There is a one time acquisition cost which covers the shopping and purchasing of the furnishings and a reduced staging fee for each property we stage with your furnishing package.  Your cost savings are great as you eliminating the monthly rental costs for the time your home is on the market .   We can store your furniture package in our warehouse space (for a minimal fee) between projects and will move the furniture from warehouse to property and back to warehouse as needed.  Contact us for more information  at 612-710-1045.
